“ I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The hot meatball sub was flavorful and anything but bland, with delicious, well-seasoned meatballs and sauce. The bread had a soft and toasty texture. The Caesar salad was also very good, fresh, and well-dressed. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy, and sitting by the fireplace added a warm and inviting touch. Service was quick and friendly—my waiter was attentive and even wrapped my sub to go when I was done. The price ranged depending on the item, but the sub was around 11-12, making it a solid value. I visited around 12 PM for lunch, and the wait time was only 10-15 minutes, which was reasonable. Overall, this is a great place to eat, and I’d highly recommend it! ”

“ This, by far, has been our best dining experience in Granbury. If you’re in town, the food here is lacking. But Pastafina is the exception. Our waitress, Angela, was so attentive, friendly, and kind. Our drinks were never empty and that breadbasket was always full. We absolutely loved the atmosphere. The lighting was soft and low, our booth seat was comfy, the table large enough for our shared meals, and the music was nice and at the perfect volume. The food was really great! We first had the garlic bread knots (we ordered marinara for dipping) and our party of 5 probably ate 4 baskets full. They were so tasty! I had the lasagna. If my mom’s is a 10, I give it an 7 (which is a great score! My mom’s is bomb. I’d give something like Olive Garden a 4). And even better the second day! Another in my party had the chicken Alfredo pizza and it was so tasty and perfect! She gave it a 10. My husband and kids shared a regular cheese pizza and it was very tasty! They gave it an 8. Overall, especially compared to other restaurants in town, it’s a great experience. We loved it and will certainly be back. ”
